Photorejuvenation using IPL is one of the mose effective, non-ablative treatments to reduce skin blemishes such as acne scars, sun spots, facial veins and broken capillaris, IPL focuses on blemished areas targeting unwanted pigmentation but keeping the skin intact. This stimulates the growth of new skin in the treated area. This new skin makes the scars or blemish less noticeable . IPL can be used for the face , neck, chest, arms and hands . The number of treatments depends on your skin coour and what is being treated.

E-Max Skin Tightening ( ST ) and Wrinkle Treatment

The syneron E-Max uses a combination of bi-polar radio-frequency and infrared optical energy. The skin tightening ( ST) applicator firms, tones and tightens lax skin while simultaneously treating shallow skin wrinkles . the effect is immediately noticeable and regular treatment every 3 months sustains a youthful vibrant look .

Thermal treatments use heat, usually radiofrequncy ( RF ) , Infrared (IR ) , and most recently , ultrasound energy , to penetrate deeper into skin layers. Resurfacing Lasers

Traditionally , ablative or peeling laser treatments , which use a high temperature to vaporize unwanted tissue, may damage more healthy tissue than necessary, causing side effects like bleeding and rawness. New Lasers now may or may not remove the top layers of skin and they are more targeted and less invasive, causing less tissue damage. But more sessions will be necessary to achieve results.
